OUR SERVICES

Consultation

Initial Evaluation

Consultation services offer collaborative guidance for parents, caregivers, or professionals to address specific concerns, provide strategies, and support carryover across environments.

The initial evaluation includes a comprehensive assessment of your child’s strengths, challenges, and daily routines to develop an individualized therapy plan that aligns with your family’s priorities.

Family Support

We partner closely with caregivers to provide education, strategies, and ongoing support that help families confidently support their child’s development within daily routines at home.

Individualized Sessions

One-on-one therapy sessions are tailored to your child’s unique needs and goals, focusing on building functional skills through meaningful, play-based activities in the home environment.

Community Based Support

Therapy sessions take place in natural community settings—such as parks, libraries, or extracurricular environments—to support skill development, participation, and confidence beyond the home.

Lindsey Sullivan OTR/L
Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Owner

Hi, I’m Lindsey — a pediatric occupational therapist with over 13 years of experience working with children and their families ( I am also a mom of 3). I earned my degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, and early on in my career I discovered just how much I love working in pediatrics. As a naturally creative person, I enjoyed using those skills to make play a therapeutic tool. I’m especially passionate about supporting children who struggle with emotional regulation and sensory processing.

Over the years, I’ve worked primarily in outpatient pediatric settings, where I fell in love with the family-centered approach to therapy. I truly believe that therapy works best when families feel supported, informed, and empowered. To me, being a therapist means being a resource for the entire family — not just the child.

I started my own home-based therapy practice so I could meet children where they are most comfortable: at home. Working in a familiar environment allows me to better support real-life skills, routines, and emotional growth in a way that feels natural and meaningful for both children and parents. My goal is to provide practical strategies, encouragement, and individualized care that helps children thrive and helps families feel confident and supported every step of the way.

I can't wait to meet you!
